Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your Chapterly account and the data linked to it at any time. There is no delete button in the app yet, so for now you ask by email.

Or write to chapterly@rovierr.app from any address, and include the phone number or email address you sign in with.
What we delete
When we delete your account, we delete:
- Your account and your sign-in sessions.
- Your profile: your name and the phone number or email address you sign in with.
- Your learning progress: the lessons you started and finished, and your answers.
- The notes you added to lesson steps.
- Your review schedule.
- Your streaks, XP and achievements.
- Your class memberships.
What we may keep
We may keep:
- Records of your payments and orders, where the law requires us to keep them.
- Anonymous totals, such as how many students answered a question, which no longer identify you.
How long it takes
We delete your account and its data within 30 days of confirming your request, and we reply to tell you when it is done.
Confirming it is you
Before we delete anything, we may ask you to show that the account is yours, for example by entering a sign-in code we send to your phone number or email address.
